Delivery and Installation

As part of our Five Star Service, we deliver, install and remove all of our Hot Tubs from your home and yard area for Free.

We will contact you prior to your delivery date to confirm a time that we will arrive to install your Hot Tub. Please note that you or someone else must be present during the Installation and Removal.

To get ready for our arrival with your Hot Tub, please select a suitable spot for us to place your Tub. A suitable place in your yard is somewhere that:

• is reasonably flat;
• has access to an outside water tap; and 
• has 2 electrical sockets within 6 metres.
